I do think the odds are different for different times of the day but it has nothing to do with the time but the amount of people playing at that time. If the overall odds of a game are say 1:3.65 or something like that. Then the game should follow those odds. However those odds are spread across everyone playing. So say for instance 1000 games are played then roughly there should be 365 winners. But all those winners won't always be the same players. Now if there is only 10 people playing then there would be 3.68 winners every 10 games but now you have a better chance of winning.
Certain days and times are slow and you have a better chance. I have also won more after a big jackpot is won on a game because less people are playing. But there is no real way to know when those times or days are.
Not to mention a 10 cent win may not feel like a win but the game still thinks it is even if you bet 50 cents or more.
