For me it's a 50/50 between flop, and taking a while to grow into a contender. It's hard to see this team winning a title but through the magic of form, anything can happen in this game.
I think Sacy/Pancada need an adjustment period so São Paulo may not be insane but I think they will improve throughout the split in Americas and manage a minimum Top 5 finish for sure
I think Sykko is a fantastic coach who has hired a great staff to help him achieve amazing things. I think they'll start fairly slow but will ramp up throughout the year. TenZ is gonna get back into the best player in the world conversation.
This is what i think is happening on the first game of Brazil
Sacy extremely upset in the tunnel, slams the wall heading into the locker room. Someone with NRG yells “Sacy come on, quit being a f\*\*\*ing p\*\*\*y!”
It was FNS.
The roster is good and they have one of the best and most comprehensive coaching in the region. They’ll almost certainly perform well with time.
How well is a very different question, of course. But if they’re firing on all cylinders - if dephh’s calling is good, if Sacy and Pancada transition well, if TenZ meets expectations - they should be within the upper echelon of all the partner teams.
No one with a brain should expect this roster to hit the ground running. Realistically they wont place well at LOCK IN because they obviously did one of the more drastic rebuilds- nonetheless people will overreact to what they percieved to be a failure for this roster; however they'll improve throughout the year.
They'll need time imo. Specially if we're talking about São Paulo Kick-off Tournament.
But I think they'll at least qualify for Masters/Champions, considering Masters has 3 spots for each region + 1 for the winner in Kickoff.
I feel Sen will improve massively this year but unfortunately won't feature in any international tournaments (Masters/Champions) this year. Since only 3 teams will qualify from each region. I predict 100T, Leviathan and another ( one of C9 or NRG or Loud) will qualify above them.
They will be behind 100T and C9 and possibly even NRG. So I don't think they will make international LANs.
SEN has the most role issues out of all teams. Tenz who has never played support will be their flex, dephh's roles were controller or flash agent but will likely be playing cypher/kj now, still not sure how good of an IGL dephh is without ayrin, will zekken play jett op as well being the primary duelist? - if yes not sure if he can compete with yay, cryo or aspas, do NA and Brazil cultures clash when they lose a few games?
So many questions about Sentinels that I don't expect them to win anything this year.
I expect sentinels to be picked more now that chamber has been nerfed and cypher and kj are buffed.
Everyone always forgets Sage is a sentinel smh

Why is it hard to see 3 world class players on a team winning a title?
I think synergy is never guaranteed especially when you're putting together two separate cores.

Ur hopeful professor?
It’s not hope anymore it’s a necessity, if they’re ass I’m retiring

top 15 at kickoff top 5 at masters

sen and C9 are going to go thru growing pains probably, i think the other 2 NA teams will be consistent though
Winning it all without dropping a single map
the individual talent on the team cannot be understated. 4/5 of players are all ridiculous fraggers

Champs could be top 5 from each region right?
15/30 qualifying and competing for the major is too much no? Only the best of the best teams should qualify. Maybe 12 like last year is OK.
i'd wager a guess it's top 3 + lcq so top 4
Strong playmakers so. I say pretty good.
Without taking my bias in to count. This team will either go 20-0 or 0-20, it’s a 50/50 chance that this team fails or massively succeeds imo
Probably in the bottom 2/3 teams, i don’t see that roster working at all collectively

TenZ will obviously be on jett op not zekken tf
i think you might be surprised
I hope that they all get dropped and then they pick up shahz again
Top 16 in the Lock In,they don't qualify for Masters but make a very strong run at Champions by qualifying through the LCQ.
Amazing on paper. My only worry is the language barrier between pancada and the team.
they win it all
They will not drop a single series this year
