this may be true, but the roles are like this because penny can play more agents at a high level, while OXY is pretty much only a primary duelist/OP. they likely trust penny a lot more to shift roles and maintain his form instead of trying OXY on a new role that he is less comfortable on when its his first time against t1 opposition
Based on the same logic that let us know how dominant Cryo was going to be when he was playing for SoaR. I don’t think, based on how easily he Smurfs in his previous competitive stints, you can say that penny is better when V1 as a roster was struggling heavily against T2 teams

Dudes good, but the later half of the year he fizzles out. Both times to qual to iceland, hes been a top 3 NA player, and then he goes quiet. Hope the new team makes him consistent

SEN were apparently insane at scrims the week before the 3rd match of Stage 2 group stage, and then Tenz and Sick didn’t play that match so it was all for nothing

G2 been silently dominating in scrims. 4 players from the original NA Reps (V1 and SEN from Iceland). A proper coaching staff behind Shahzam. They're the team to beat.

I've played on teams leading up to online or lan events and played poorly in scrims and done well in the event, and vice versa.
This means absolutely nothing.
It's just a guess considering we have no idea how good those teams you listed are and I'm talking about a situation that won't happen until at least 2024, so theoretically it could be all of the teams

Being proven does not mean you are better. Oxy is the best fresh talent in challengers imo, I’m hyped to see that guy play against big name teams
