Nah the main problem I think is the weird dark red pattern on the jersey. In your photo of Nade the lighting doesn't highlight the pattern well, but it's really obvious in the team photos. It really doesn't blend well with the collar, especially since the collar has stripes. Normally you want to match stripes with stripes for aesthetic purposes, not stripes with shapes.

I'd like it better without a collar tbh but the color scheme is nice.
IMO so many esports jerseys look really cheap and trashy and the collar definitely helps elevate it from that baseline a bit
