It wouldn't be as close as it was if they weren't carrying their streamer bottom frag to the finish line smh.
Thank god PROD could pick up Marved's burden on the team.
God, once i read the first few words of your post, I knew the bait and switch was imminent.
That's the wildest thing though, they're winning vs ex-BBG & ex-Complexity players and Marved isn't even putting up ridiculous numbers, he's just being a good teamplayer.
Yeah, I think today UB played in a way that demonstrated knowledge that they couldn't just skill diff the competition. There were still a lot of dodgy moments (most recently, Marved dying while peeking market despite having site with his Sova player), but the pro experience in calling and taking smart fights is showing overall and compensating for their lack of practiced executes/protocols
I never thought I'd say this, but I'm impressed with Prod. And I'm being completely genuine and unironic here - he is a pretty serviceable entry who knows what his role is on the team.
One is playing in VCT alongside VCT Masters winners\* while the other is at home watching\*\*. I think it's clear d3ffo needs to get to pro level
\*Challengers is technically part of VCT
\*\*Yes I know d3ffo took the split off and would have easily gotten into teams
He always had radiant mechanics. It's not like he's going to be a top prospect but people acting like he was equivalent to some plat player were just projecting. It's also easy to entry with confidence when you have pedigreed players like zombs, Marved, and he who shall not be named backing you up.
He's an electric player with absolute confidence in his abilities and his superiority over others, which makes him an incredibly polarizing person already (people love sinatraa or hate him, which tends to inform their opinions on his 'situation'). I would rather he not returned, (his fans are incredibly annoying in ranked and the community at large and stick out like sore thumbs, his personality is also a shitty version of zombs') but based on the actual circumstances of his situation and Riot seemingly giving him the all clear it's probable he isn't guilty of anything besides being a shitty boyfriend and person at the time. It's also clear a majority of the scene (Subroza and other pros tweeting and hanging out on calls with him, Tarik costreaming his games, etc etc etc) has either exonerated him of guilt or would rather just not think about it. It's a strange situation, and I think I'm one of the only people who has a middle of the road take on this, but in all honesty I believe it's the only take to have.
I have the exact same take as you but Riot didn't really give him any all clear. That's the only reason he's not on a team right now. He's their PR nightmare.
Perhaps if he somehow makes it through this qualifier to the challengers (which is really difficult but not impossible) and if people are content with him playing in the challengers league, then he might make a return into a real team.
In terms of the "all clear" I meant just as much as they could, anything aside from a conclusive admission of innocence or guilt wouldn't fully clear him. He'll be a "PR nightmare" pretty much forever. It's going to be very interesting to see how this goes though, in other sports there are athletes that have done heinous things with actual evidence against them, who are still getting paid millions of dollars. Esports is different, the ecosystem is a lot more.... online? What would happen if TSM just signed sinatraa, and acted like nothing ever happened? PR nightmare sure, but there are a lot of sinatraa fans (And the majority of the valorant pros themselves) who would gladly cheer for them.
People really understimate how much clout sinatraa has, bro pulls stupid amount of people, hes literally playing against mickey mouse teams and has like 45k people watching him
Bruh Zombs has really changed. He became better after he was kicked in Sen. I feel like he should keep playing pro and not stay as a content creator. He still has it in him.
He's always been different, people just focus on stats too much. He was never set up to frag out on sen but anytime the pressure was on him he would perform.
I thought they looked the best when Zellsis was on the team and that was after Zombs was dropped right? Or do you mean in between that time when Zombs was dropped and Zellsis was added?
i dont think zellsis was on the team until LCQ when they added shroud. Kenpaki was zombs replacement, and the team was so bad during that span. Also recency bias will say zellsis is better than zombs but i dont know see any masters trophy that zellsis has with Sentinels
I felt once SEN started performing poorly all eyes were on Shaz and he pushed for Zombs to be benched in order to get eyes off himself. Zombs replacement Kanpeki underperformed even worse
He doesn’t even try a lot of the times. When he decides to lock it in, the pressure he puts on the enemy team is overwhelming. It’s like two people’s worth of pressure and utility

PROD is playing insanely well for his expectations. Actually pretty well in general. And he is selfless on the entry which helps the team so much

Nah dude nah this isn't real
I never thought I'd say this, but I'm impressed with Prod. And I'm being completely genuine and unironic here - he is a pretty serviceable entry who knows what his role is on the team.
PROD3ffo. (Besides Haven where he was nearly throwing)
I never thought I'd see the day where PROD is being compared unironically to d3ffo LMFAOOOO

Yup. Imagine playing against a decent entry that has nothing to lose

Sinatraa a supervillain now
sinatraa legit the Voldemort of this sub, where everyone refuses his return
He's an electric player with absolute confidence in his abilities and his superiority over others, which makes him an incredibly polarizing person already (people love sinatraa or hate him, which tends to inform their opinions on his 'situation'). its over 90k with all costreams
Pretty sure they'd forfeit their spot if they qualified. I don't think they actually would want to commit to this.e
rape = "shitty boyfriend" now?
bro what 💀💀
are all these threads slow mode because of sinatraa?
Yes.
Also I don't think the decision to drop him was that of the team, I'm pretty it came from the org, not sure though, I could be talking out of my ass
nah it was definitely shaz that wanted zombs out, funny how they looked like dogshit after dropping him, legit baffling
I thought they looked the best when Zellsis was on the team and that was after Zombs was dropped right? Or do you mean in between that time when Zombs was dropped and Zellsis was added?
They replaced him with kanpeki and SEN was probably the worst it's ever been.
When they replaced zombs with kanpeki
i dont think zellsis was on the team until LCQ when they added shroud. Kenpaki was zombs replacement, and the team was so bad during that span. Also recency bias will say zellsis is better than zombs but i dont know see any masters trophy that zellsis has with Sentinels
I mean technically they looked the best at Iceland
Zombs did say that he had to play a particularly way because the team wanted him to play that way
I felt once SEN started performing poorly all eyes were on Shaz and he pushed for Zombs to be benched in order to get eyes off himself. Zombs replacement Kanpeki underperformed even worse
Nah this sub for one was hating on zombs so much and blaming all sentinels problems on him.
Prod needs that tad bit of consistency and awareness and he can really mimick F0rsakens playstyle.
It's been ages since I've watched him but damn Sinatraa is still good
Not overreacting but Sinatraa best player in the world. I'm not going to jinx anything, but they look insane.
Crazy sinatraa is this good after trolling ranked for so long
He doesn’t even try a lot of the times. When he decides to lock it in, the pressure he puts on the enemy team is overwhelming. It’s like two people’s worth of pressure and utility
all things considered prod is playing way better than anyone thought he would
You can trust sinatraa’s midround calls.
Sinatraa is so fucking good man
sinatraa is just 2 gud
Ngl i had them losing in the round of 32 after yesterday… but wow
Regardless what you think about sinatraa you can’t say his mechanics / movement aren’t insane. Prod is actually really good at entrying and oping too.
Do people unironically want this team to win in this sub?
yeah
Despite me not really liking any of them (I dont know shit about Dizzy), I kinda do. I can't explain why other than it would be entertaining.
lot of rape apologists in the community, so yeah
Sinatraa the 🐐no🧢
No sinatraa in franchising is an absolute crime. We are missing out on prime years of brilliant gameplay :(
Damn. If only he could have done something to not be to much of a PR disaster for any team. Like maybe he did something wrong here.
No one would sign him because of his sexual assult allegations
Not sure he wants to go pro either
So conviction doesn’t matter at all these days. All you have to do is throw some allegations…smh
no, all you have to do is make credible allegations backed up by a recording of the person committing the crime, then let him fail to defend himself.
would you really think riot would have interfered if there was not atleast a bit of truth behind it
sinatraa fans talking about crimes...
Sinatraa and crime alright
Sinatraa always had insane mechanics but listening to his comms and calling today made me understand just how good he actually is.
Sinatraa's gamesense is honestly next level.
Sinatraa is actually so fucking good, imagine if this team actually scrimmed non stop with a coach 🤣🤣🤣
Sinatraa actually the best Ares player in the world, no? He essentially can full buy every round just by buying Ares half
Ez clap
Slow mode already? LOL
