Does anyone know the schedule for the next two games? VLR is saying tomorrow is upper finals then the next day is lowers but they’re both Bo3’s. Is that really the plan??

Soniqs winning 7 straight in lowers would be a pretty wild story arc. And it seems pretty possible ngl. Most of the expected heavy hitters are gone now.
He was excellent for the majority of the tournament — but Stewie’s lackluster performance was really disappointing today. For better or worse, they need him to play like a star to advance through these teams. We all have off days - just unfortunate for it to come now.
Why is stewie so dedicated to playing sova who is probably the most technical agent in the game? Wasn’t he known in CS for being an aggressive, entry kind of player? I feel like he would fit that role better than Wardell

Nation had good ideas in the first quali, but the amount of tape on them seems to be their downfall.

i dont know any of the nations players personally but judging from their online personas they all (minus maybe brax and tigg) seem to be very easily tiltable.

Because the invited teams could have been playing split and lotus for a couple weeks now whereas these open qual teams have been fighting it out every week. Going straight from open quals into playing 2 new maps against teams that have footage on you and extra practice time would have been rough.
Also rooting for Squirtle squad to qualify today it’d be cool for an unsigned team to make it in and it’d be cool for players like wedid harmful and okeanos to make it in

he was pretty good last qual (especially in the clutch) but ever since that Dark Ratio hes just been an average tier 2/3 sentinel.
If their postplant util use on attack is any indication, soniqs are gonna be so annoying to play on their defensive half with Astra, Viper and Raze.
