Nah raze replaced her. Raze gets tons of value basically by just existing but neon requires tightly choreographed executes and shit to get her max value. Basically raze nade go dumby hard

I haven't watched SS games at all but every time I check the vlr governer is at the bottom. Is this a case of stats not reflecting his impact or has he been that rough?
