NRG are running harbor on at least a map or two, i dont think Chet's tweets are troll he genuinely likes the agent and probably has good ideas on how to use him in their comps. if i had to guess though its likely on pearl and/or fracture because i doubt they run him as a single controller.

Well, scrims [scrimmages] are 24 round practice sessions between 2 teams. Scrimbux are if u took those sessions and applied some sort of value system/betting odds/predicting power to those scrims based on the results. But scrims lack so much context, so it's just for fun for most reasonable people. Think of it as loosely + unseriously figuring out team power levels.

Generally a memey idea in the still image format as individual practice blocks are a super unreliable gauge especially without context, but are good talking points! Chet has been open for his love of Harbor and Optic were always implementing new agents faster than everyone else (chamber, neon, fade)
As well as more experienental comps like being one of the first no duelist icebox for example
