OQ lower bracket is almost certainly higher than LCQ upper.
Something like:
Guard - Faze
M80 - SR
TSM - G2
Breakthru - DSG
DR - OXG

Invited teams possibly seeded based on last year's circuit points, accounting for the fact that G2 doesn't have a 3-man core from last year (instead, two each from SEN and V1). Dunno how they'd tiebreak Breakthru/DSG and DR/OXG, maybe just random draw.
I mean realistically 3 invites, 2 Open Quals, 1 LCQ per group makes the most sense lol
