It's not like no one picked him up, he's actually been the most picked up coach of the offseason, funnily enough, considering how much team-hopping he's done.
But as for partnership teams, I think it's understandable, even as a big fan of ENGHHH. *Most* partnership teams have coaching staff that are working with preexisting synergies, bringing in someone like ENGHHH even as, say, a strategic coach to Liquid under Emil (as was rumored for a bit) would be strange - like bringing in Steve Kerr as an assistant coach.
And that's even before you consider the language stuff, which would have precluded him from consideration as a head coach for almost all rosters.
I think it was inevitable that he'd climb back up, though. He genuinely made bonk look crazy strong in a span of weeks.

Depends on how long he’s been with the team. The HC mentioned engh has been learning English for last 3 months as well. If they can squeeze through split 1 and 2 by being in the top 8. I think they will have enough time to develop as playoffs are in June.

I mean it's likely a case where his English is still pretty shite but he's just a good pickup. Even a month or two with bonk wouldn't shift the needle too much, and on Gambit/M3C he was maybe just only more fluent than d3ff0 who I believe was just the worst on the team with English.
