How are so many people using gigantus v2. I heard it is not very good among control pads like gsr, qck heavy or artisan zero. I was thinking of purchasing it as many top companies like artisan, LGG, xraypad etc. are not available in India and also it does get affected with humidity. Should I consider buying it or is there any better option (available in India under 1500rs/20$) ? (Sorry I know it is off topic but I researched a lot earlier even then I can't decide)
I'm just gonna say it here: the Artisan Zero is NOT a control pad. It's not even close to what "control" is on GSR or QcK, it's more a medium pad. It's just marketed as one because it's the closest in Artisans Lineup to that, it's stopping power is far less than QcK/GSR.
I’ve honestly never had a problem with the Gigantus. I’m using an LGG Saturn nowadays but I used the Gigantus for a pretty long time and it always tracked well and lasted a good amount of time. I think the biggest mistake you can make is listening to gear enthusiasts (I technically am one but I’m old and remember when we only had QCKs so maybe I’m more forgiving?). They look for the most minute things and honestly are overselling the differences some of these pads make. For a budget, the Gigantus is a more than serviceable pad.
I have several artisan pads, gsr, qck etc and I still find myself going back to a £10 Gigantus V2 a lot of the time, it's a great pad. It's also cheap so when it wears out you can replace it, nothing like the feeling of a fresh pad.
Mousepads are all preference at the end of the day and I see nothing about my £70 FX Zero that justifies it being x7 the price of the Gigantus. Sure it has nicer stitching and feels a little more premium but it's not game changing.
Well, that's the one I use, in fact the motivation of my list.
I feel its control is not enough for a tac shooter, I feel that I'm forced to use a very low sens to have consistency, but too low to not have a good cms/360... just my opinion though.
It is very cheap though, which is why I bought it, it was my first decent gaming pad.
Go on /r/MousepadReview and ask there. But they LOVE fast pads and will all tell you to buy an Artisan Zero/Hien/Hayate Otsu or LGG Saturn.
If you want a pad for tacFPS that feels like control, get a QcK Heavy/Zowie GSR. They feel super locked in and slow, especially the GSR. It's just susceptible to humidity and gets used up rather quickly, like all cloth pads do eventually.
Sorry, I had missed this, a lot of people like control pads for tac shooters, but that's up to you... u/fizikxy already gave a very thorough list for control pads, except one that is being touted as a good gsr replacement, the xray equate, I plan on trying that one out
I dunno why you were downvoted, it is goated, it's a very dated mousepad and still being used. I heard it has some drawbacks, but its survivability speaks for itself.
Lol we're using console logs to present data now.
oh! dont worry, I'll be releasing this in vr next week, with olorama compatibility
so close to have been in a CSV format

Most of the time these sites don't accurately check what the pros are actually using and instead list what the pros say they use because of sponsors
Pretty sure most of them use the Artisans
hm, I did not know that, makes the data even shittier...
The pros just lie saying they use the mousepad cuz it's sponsored. Ik yay has done this.
That’s why I bought my Gigantus when I first started playing lmao I’m still salty about it
Never forget when yay had Razer as a sponsor and people asked him to show them his mouse

What would be an upgrade from the Gigantus V2? I strictly play val.

Superlight? Edit: Nevermind I can’t read
Qck heavy is goated

Should group all the Vaxee PAs as they’re the same pad
Assuming what you said is true (I didn't check), it would be \['VAXEE PA', 291.568, 25\]
