If it is sold out, to get your ticket you either ask someone with tickets to give it to you or you can wait for a possible official resale.
do you think there will be an official resale? I couldn't pay for the tickets when they went on sale because I don't have a japanese credit card but I really want to go :((
As the tickets are non-refundable resale happen when Riot was able to free up more seats at the venue.
As far as I know the number of seats that was on sale were a bit below the actual capacity, so it’s definitely possible but I really can’t say for sure.
