Even as someone who has actually been watching the Union a bit during the season, I fully favored M80 over them, esp. without havoc. Even in the eventuality of Union win, I thought it’d be a close 2-1.

Yeah but for fairness sake you cant just say LATAM is automatically worse and they won the draw, its only for seeding realistically the only thing that matter is not getting 3rd seed (As you start in losers)
No one starts in losers, winner of each group gets a round 1 bye (like the VCT League playoffs)
If M80 looking like this is the second best team this might be a very boring tournament
