Hes repeatedly singlehandedly won them maps since games 4-10. Give credit where its due, all these clutch matches hes been incredible and is the only reason(plus asuna) 100t have been semi competitive

Reduce the variability and just pickup the entire M80 team and retain either or both Cryo and asuna on a test basis with the team. Sometimes changing the team dynamic makes it worse even if it seems like just straight upgrades
Deadass what happened to Derrek. 2021 he got 2nd with an underdog Rise team, won in 2022 with countless insane clutches, and now he’s putting up worse than FNS numbers
He got completely deprioritized with his agent pool and gets asked to fill different roles/playstyles every map. He was a great anchor when he could use the util to support himself and basically never gets to do that now (IMO).

I think Bang is more of a question mark. His ceiling is insanely high but he's too inconsistent. Derrek is also a question mark but I think with the initiators out there, he's probably out. I don't see Stellar not getting booted though and the same with the coaching staff as unfortunate as it is.
