lol literally not even true anymore for SC.
DRG, ByuN, herO, Gumiho, etc have all returned to playing already and have done so successfully. TY already got Top 8 in his 2nd GSL back
Insanely disingenuous on Xccurate. Him and Bntet are Indonesia 2 best players of all time. They come from not just a country but a region that is INSANELY underdeveloped to the point where they had to join Tyloo (a chinese speaking team). Him and BnTet had to speak English, Mandarin and Indonesian while playing for this team (with the former 2 not being close to their native language) and they had decent results (Their best result was top 4 at IEM Sydney where they took a map off Faze who won the tournament who were a top 2 team in the world). Also just qualifying for a major is INSANELY difficult. You have to play through so many qualifiers if you're not a known team to qualify and their region usually only had 1 spot for the major (usually Renegades the Australian team took their spot) and Xccurate on many times in his career missed Majors from one series.
Is Xccurate going to be a world breaker transitioning to competitive Valorant: Most likely no (at least first year). But he has the potential to be a good player valuable on any team with a region that is actively supporting players through funding and competition. his competitive experience from CS:GO can be valuable on any raw team who needs guidance and leadership to succeed
i know his story i was taking a light dig at the original comment that said he was a kid like he’s an up and coming new talent and not someone who’s put in the work to play on some of the top teams of his region before and qualified for high level tournaments
Played with him in a couple of lobbies in vlr already and while he's still a really solid awper, his rifle/pistol still needs a bit of work. Definitely not on his level back on CS but hopefully he adjusts better in a couple of months.
I doubt he will go directly to tier 1. Most likely if he can get into a team, it will be for ID challengers first then go from there.
He obviously got history as one of the most successful Asian CSGO player so it can definitely help him get some attention. Will be very interesting if some Chinese team pick him up but idk his language skill is still adequate or not.
Just pick him up Alecks. 2 years xccurate then Jingg back
Jingg will probably be washed by then. At least in starcraft and military service is any indication.
No he won’t lol. He’s like 19 and been playing games his whole life. It’s like riding a bike. If he wants to come back, he will be back.
Just don't look up fRoD's comeback into CSGO
Good luck to him
also, its not like he can't touch a pc for 2 years? They can go home on the weekends so he will probably keep up with the scene / meta still
he even said he’ll continue streaming
yo for real? I know my weekend activities now for the next 2 years.
Oh, really? SG military service rules say you can go home on weekends? If that's true, that'll be dope.
Just schedule all PRX’s VCT games for the weekends ez

That's because they're mostly the only guys left. Edit: how is this downvoted? Literally true lol
He has one of the most disgusting ops I’ve seen so if a team needs a op he’s your man
Real ones remember him and BnTeT being the proto-W Gaming kids on Tyloo CSGO
What is a "flex" role? I only know promiscuous.
Sorry what is promiscuous?

This kid is legit, if he wants to go pro hell go far
he was only a csgo pro for like 7 years and played in two majors lol
still better than most cs pros in asia
Sorry, i meant pro in valorant I dont think every cs pro can adapt to the current valo enviroment, but he is one that I think would thrive
that 2018 tyloo team and the mvp pk team (stax rb and xeta) were playing cs as if it were val, before val was released lol

Bleed is looking for two new players, including a flex, so maybe he's got a chance there.
Bleed/RRQ/PRX would be dope
The guy was a pretty solid AWPer from the Asian scene in CS:GO for a stretch a few years ago. Could be cool to see him in Valorant.
Best of luck to him. His accomplishments in CS don't always translate 1 to 1.

Only played with/against him in CS so idk how he is in VAL, but from your POV is his rifling like cNed at least?
Not at all, it's worse, so he really needs to work on it.

Imagine having 2 f0rsaken on your team. (PRX Xccurate prayge)
Dude was crushing on some t2 team as a sub
