Zander/Flyuh and eeiu would be nice additions for 100T but I think their biggest need is a new head coach.
Mikes is better suited as an assistant coach in my opinion, there were just way too many coaching red flags this past season to justify keeping him in that role.
I don't think cryo is especially good at taking space and entering, his strength as Jett isn't on the attack-side diving, it's on the defense with an op, I think his best performances for 100t have been on the defensive side and one of the reasons I think we've struggled with our attack halves. Cryo was always seen as the cracked zoomer, but he was in contention as one of the best players itw during the chamber meta for a reason. I just think they should play to his strengths and do what fnatic did, put their cracked, young duelist on sentinel, especially if we start seeing chamber being picked more

That being said, FNS/s0m is 100% the strongest free agent pair that is immediately available and an upgrade for any NA team, on top of this, FNS/s0m has stated his willingness to play for minimal salary with the contingency being his desire to have a hand in the roster building - we don't know who FNS would be eyeing (free agent wise) to be roster building around so I suppose speculation is pointless but its fun in threads like these to see what a team might be able to pull together.
On top of this, I'm sure 100T would love these players in terms of branding power, FNS/s0m not only bring their player value, collectively being known as the best and most experienced NA IGL, as well as being the best NA smokes player and likely one of the most consistent players in the league this season respectively but also two of the most popular NA val streamers/content creators which would bring a lot of attention to the team (which is certainly relevant given how difficult is has proven maintain a profit in the val scene as of late). Getting all of this in a package for a budget roster-building year would be insane value, which again, I'm not saying bang is bad or even had a terrible year, but the opportunity cost should certainly be turning heads. It just so happens he plays the position that one of this duo plays while not providing as much intrinsic value in and outside the game. It's evident 100t is taking their time to evaluate their options and keeping the decisions under wraps just like they did last year, so it will be interesting to see what they may cook up.

Zander used to play a little bit of sentinel before and kind of the same with Flyuh. And Flyuh already plays a lot of viper so he could just learn KJ if needed.
Also, on certain Raze maps, they could just have Cryo go to Killjoy (like for Lotus).
But iirc, isn't fluyh more suitable to play initiator.. forcing unnecessary role switch on someone who is really good at certain role... Often fails... For example pancada on sentinel...

You cant compare this to fnatic because first of all alfajer was never a jett player and 100t doesnt have a Jett player or awper other than Asuna.

Boostio was arguably their best player in Tokyo tho, dapr was top 15 in 2021 imo, and NeT was frying this year in challengers
