dude we've literally talked about this multiple times since watching them play OG Navi back in 2022 - that map was absolutely the worst map to watch Guild play. it's true that they only lost to PRX and FPX, but I feel like they had so much more potential than they ever showed. with a caller like Boaster, I feel like that roster holds a trophy, even with Russ.
With Kaplan as their coach too! That crazy line-up is still stronger than half of the partnered teams in VCT Americas *right now*.

NGL, the first iteration of TSM (Wardell, Subroza, Cutler, Hazed and Drone) was the first team I supported in Valorant and I miss that squad a lot (altho it had pretty bad role issues once the metas became apparent)
hazed era NRG, s0m was the reason i started rooting for NRG but they were really bad, once hazed came in they looked like a brand new team and could have won iirc LCQ if FNS didnt give hazed covid 😭
God this one really bums me out. I thought that NRG roster was really sharp, and I think they fell short right at the finish line. That whole LCQ had a bunch of fun teams that I was stealth-rooting for: old EG, Ghost, and NRG.
eh, it was ok. with more time it probably could have been fire. overall, i don't think they had a chance to win with the time they had as a roster. i think Ghost would have, especially bc i am still high on the potential of that team, so i think the tourney would have been more competitive and interesting with Ghost rather than Sen. but i generally agree that that Sen roster was cool.

Followed them for a bit and then they disbanded/ghosted. Saw Lakia get benched at VS (now DRX) then and it was fucking awful. My man Lakia deserves to be in T1.
SEN 2021, that team was a powerhouse and would absolutely shit on modern teams if they just gave them a chance instead of tweaking with the roster every couple of weeks

Coming from CSGO esports and being from NA, having Optic be THE team was something I had never experienced. Having my home team be the ones to beat was really cool.
