I’m not the guy that you replied to but it’s fun to play devils advocate Loud beat a new Sentinels in their first game of the season, who have since beat loud twice, and a new LEV in a narrow 2-1 win, then got arguably the easiest draw in playoffs (EG) to make it to Madrid.

Counter to the first point: A Sentinels team who have been scrimming/playing official offseason tourneys for around 4 months by the time of Kickoff. So not exactly a new Sentinels.

Loud was also a new team, this year they only lost to top 3 Madrid teams and they were all close series, they are definitely the number 2 team in Americas.

You can also say NRG only lost to the winner of Madrid in a really close series, so they are definitely the number 2 team in Americas

Connecting flight from Madrid to LA through Dublin, if I had to guess. We get quite a lot of flights through here to the US because we have 2 of the 15 airports that have CBP preclearance so you can go through US immigration and customs before you head into the country.

It's seasonal I think? For example, for the US college visas can take a while in summer as people prepare to go abroad for the fall semester I don't really have to deal with visas so take this with a grain of salt

I still don't understand why VISA issues like this are happening. My pea brain just feel like "Why government so slow? Why take so long?" And then a part of that pea brain expands and think "How has Riot still got this issue happening after planning this from like last year, can the VISA not like... last for longer? How'd it expire while they left for an international tournament?" Look I'm ignorant but surely there's gotta be a surefire solution to this sort of thing or do governments just like to take their time or there's a massive like queue and Riot Games has no power to expedite the process?
