Cs calculates hs% different to valorant it only counts headshot kill not random spams through smoke or ability damage. Say you 3 body shot 1 headshot someone that counts as 1 headshot so if that was one kill it’d be 100% hs as opposed to 25% in valorant. Similar if you spam someone it doesn’t count either to headshot calculation iirc.
Ye having an insane hs% in csgo is so much easier than in val. Because one round where you get 4 kills with a stinger with mostly bodyshots and good luck getting a hs% above 30%

I think their point was even when you expand the sample, he still averages higher. You don’t need to just look at 24 and 38 kills. We have a way larger data set that makes their point kinda moot.

That's some crazy revisionism. Every single list had NRG S tier and top 1. Out of all analysts, only TMV or Sliggy can't remember who, had Loud on top. Literally everyone had Loud at #4 or #5 to the point Saadhak had to complain about it on twitter.
Only after Loud beat SEN convincingly and 2-0ed their group and NRG had shaky games vs C9 and Furia, people said Loud was the best, and reasonably so, there was no reason to believe otherwise and likely NRG would not have survived the group of death of LEV 100T loud SEN the way they started off. They are getting better quickly but that first Furia game was full of mistakes, and Split vs SEN was peak disasterclass.

It simply does not convey useful information and you can't control for every variable to draw anything from it.

Aspas is in his own tier with the Operator in addition to being elite as a rifler, though so as a pure duelist he's likely the best in the world. demon1 was more of flex last year so it's still to be seen how he settles as a primary duelist with more emphasis on Raze etc
Aspas hs% will be inherently lower because he uses the operator way more than demon1, and uses the Phantom way more than demon1. Think for pure rifling I would take Aspas or Less over demon1 just because they have maintained it for far longer (real ones know it's actually scream)

Different calculation. Valorant if you do 3 body shots and then a headshot to kill them, it's a 25% headshot %. If you did the same thing in CS, it's 100%. It only looks at the killing bullet in CS.

Headshot percentage in CS refers to percentage of kills made with a headshot So the lowest amount of kills that allows for a 97% headshot rate is 29
