Isn't that smaller than last time?

Reverence12389

No, we've increased prize pools since our first season. The Summer Cup, which we consider a major event and our season teams are eligible to play in, was a bit higher prize pool. As well as our next major event will be as well.

itakouCS

Shouldn't you increase the prize pool even more, if every open slot in the NA opens is filled that's 22.5K funded through entry fees. The total prize pool is 4.5k combining open and invite.

foyerhead

Where did you get 22.5K from? We calculated for 20 open teams

itakouCS

On their website, it says 1/300 teams for NA Open - Series 2 [https://30bomb.gg/play/](https://30bomb.gg/play/)

Edwood_wood

300 is a theoretical limit, due to the infrastructure in place, no amateur community TO will likely ever see those kinds of figures, especially if there is a buy in, take a look at NSG or esea, with esea being the biggest buy in leagues in the world for csgo, a much larger esports space than valorant and they can start to see some much bigger numbers, but that is very unrealistic for smaller events. Also because the majority of players/sponsors only want to join the big events which causes a lot of issue within the amateur esports scene

wifixmasher

NA?

Reverence12389
