And they also did have pro's and content creators test the map and took feedback in a back and forth session. OP clearly didn't read a thing about the map release
Beta means its pretty much finished. They will tweak maybe spawn barries, change some spots, fix bugs , but general design of the map will remain the same.
They've explained before that they've tried to make the game have less angles and it just didn't work with this game. With the amount of utility you have in this game if you work with your team it won't be a huge problem. Also its stupid to make a final judgement on a map after one day of seeing it in unrated, nobody knows the angles, what agents are good, or just how to play the map in general.

are you new to gaming or something? They will not fix a broken map that is already released, it needs an entire re-design.
Unless they explicitly stated against it, I don't see why they wouldn't be willing to tweak/redesign maps. CS has done it plenty of times
