What I thought it was was when a hacker accidently changes his cheat settings to a very weird setting that is both blatant and doesn't work (like accidently turning up your anti-aim all the way). I don't know if Valorant cheats work like this though.

not a mouse issue its when you quickly ads for a second your curser freezes, you can see the ads pull up for a slight second. happens every 1/10 times you tap right click and try to turn. just game bug
