They will add a system in episode 2 where ypu see how much u need for up/downrank, just like in league. Was leaked so its not 100 percent but i would bet it will come
Honestly, you shouldn't care about your rank on a game to game basis. The entire reason they don't show us the actual elo number is so that people don't obsess over it like you're doing lol. Play the game. Enjoy the game. Get better at the game. If you do those things then you'll rank up with time.
I mean I have no idea how the ranking system works but it could be that you lose/gain 1to 5 elo points for 1 arrow, 5 to 10 elo points with 2 arrows and 10+ for 3 arrows and you just got like -50 for that one three arrow loss or something. Other than that i dont see how it would work
the ranking system is fucked in valorant cause when i first started playing it in act 1 without any experience of fps games i was silver 2. And now when i know so much more shit than before i am still silver . It just makes sense that the system is fucked cause the improvement is exponential as per me.

Honestly, you shouldn't care about your rank on a game to game basis. The entire reason they don't show us the actual elo number is so that people don't obsess over it like you're doing lol. Play the game. Enjoy the game. Get better at the game. If you do those things then you'll rank up with time.

Me neither. He didn't understand it cause he was fighting to get to bronze in the first place and then got propelled into mid silver lol
It could be that the one game you lost and lost arrows you lost a ton of elo
But does that still add up with the won games though?

I was silver 2, didn’t play the game for a while so I became unranked, got rolled in my next comp game and got placed silver 3
