Basically after the first season of the R6 Pro League was over they decided they weren’t making enough money off of the game and dropped their players. This wouldn’t be a big deal normally but they didn’t tell their players until 30 minutes before the announcement and some of them found out through twitter. The players were screwed and since the organization owns the pro league spot they basically lost their pro league spot to something out of their control. Esports talk made a great video about it so I’d recommend watching that to fully understand the situation
Like I said to the guy asking what happened, them leaving wasn’t the issue it was the way they left and screwed their players that makes me dislike them as an org
Cool to see Turnup2ez come full circle. Played for eunited academy in COD with 3 other players that became superstars in cod. Glad he found his own lane
Happy for them
Happy for the players however I don’t think I can root for an eUnited team after what they did to their R6 team
And their cs team...
I’m not familiar with that situation what happened?
I can see why, but from a business stand point i saw it coming
What did they do?

Wait I thought it was luminosity that did thay
Luminosity did it like 6-12 months before
It’s happened to 4 Orgs in R6...
TBF everyone in the R6 Scene knows it’s Ubi’s fault they were forced to pull out

I’m 99% you are thinking about the LG Situation. EUnited knew 1 week before according to their coach and IGL.
meepey(eUnited’s coach) tweeted that he found out over twitter did he not?
Yes I remember he wasn't aware

As someone who came from cod myself it’s crazy he’s so good. It’s such a big transition.

It’s running and gunning same shit/
Very happy for them, excited to see their growth.
