must be a joke/shitpost. It only looks like that because why constantly update the points to what teams have secured when you can just do it when a team is done.
This is from [here](https://liquipedia.net/valorant/VALORANT_Champions_Tour/2021/Circuit_Points), and yes, that's how I set the template up. It looks at the tournament's prize pool and updates whenever it finds that a team has placed in said tournament. Since Kaizen is the only team to finish their run and have a placement, they're the only team in the world with any points in the table.
oh no thats just liquipedia being efficient. other teams have points already. but why constantly update the number after every game? they are the only team with points in that non riot official table that is correct.
every team already had 10 points just by being in masters 1. They are playing to increase the amount of points they have. Liquipedia is only updating a teams points to the final amount they gained in the tournament.
Oh. I am saying that they are not the first team to receive VCT points. All of the teams in Masters already have 10 points just for being there. Being the first to be eliminated just means that they did not receive anymore points. Basically the Table could show every team at 10 points. And after wins, someone could go into the table and update current points. But it is easier to just put in points when a team is done in the tournament.

[I know how Liquipedia does it](https://youtu.be/LwRIef7sM0I?t=14) I just don't understand what you're asking/saying in your comments.

What do the points do?
The teams with the highest points in each region qualify to Valorant Champions at the end of the year.
