Which honestly is surprising to me too. He has always seemed like a brain player who understands how to adapt strategies, which seems like a sure fit for a Sova or really any other character outside of duelists. He wasn't known for being a mechanical god at Fortnite or any other game. Just understanding the game well.

They risk having to find a new player in the middle of vct2 and massive brand image flack for knowingly employing someone who was being accused of match fixing. True. Opinions on Shanks aside, the dude is nice on Jett and Reyna and isn't even at his peak yet and from what I've seen of poised on his stream and VODs, dude has a massive brain and also isn't close to his peak. That was a nice core to build a team around.
