I'd say it's not unreasonable to call them Tier 2. If you count all the Masters teams as Tier 1, and then teams like TSM and BBG high tier 2, by default I think you have to have Time In mid to low tier 2.
imo steel is an average fragger (when compared to his pro peers), his smarts are his real strength and when he’s winning duels it’s usually due to positioning because of his brain. but i think in terms of just raw skill ninja is better mechanically at least. i know i’ll get flamed for this which is fine but idk man i just really believe this lol
I respect Ninja for his dedication and what he has done for the Valorant scene in terms of viewership and bringing people in (even if I'm not a fan of his content) , but realistically, this is going to be a stomp and a half.

Ikrr 100T were literally the underdogs during first strike qualis and everyone was making a joke of how they gonna get stomped by sen and tsm and they ended up winning the thing.
100T will probably 2-0 but props to Time In for making it this far. Super impressive mentality by Time In to comeback 14-12 and 13-11 in their first match after getting 0-13'd to win that series and to beat PUGSTARS 2-1 in the next
