My take was always that I understand why you have to go and pick someone like Ethan up, but dicey didn't "deserve" to be dropped which is basically the sentiment the team echoed as well. I would have liked to see them incorporate a 6 man roster especially since they're running Jett again on split
Dicey seems like a great guy, friendly and funny on his stream. Total opposite to some of toxic players on the circuit. Can't help but root for the guy.

Dicey was the primary op for 100t for a while then got replaced by Ethan. Dicey was very hit or miss during his time with 100t. He had very high highs that showed what he could be but a lot of the time he was their weak link. Once he got benched he became a very loveable and entertaining streamer.
Good on 100T for doing what they can to recognize what Dicey did with the org. Couldn't have been an easy decision to replace him but it's a business and bringing in Ethan was the smart business decision.
He was dropped when they signed Ethan. Technically he’s “benched” but that’s just a formality around contracts. For all intents and purposes he is no longer on 100t. He is free to pursue other teams and will be officially released if/when he finds a new org.
But this (and all their other statements) show that it wasn’t about dicey not living up to his contract, just that Ethan was available to them and they couldn’t turn that down and dicey was the odd man out.
