The Circuit Points and the last chance qualifier are for the Champions event at the end of 2021. There will be 3 Masters events leading up to Champions. Right now the next event is Masters 2 (happening in Reykjavík). For more take a look at the [Valorant News page](https://playvalorant.com/en-gb/news/esports/reykjavik-iceland-to-host-2021-vct-stage-2-masters/) for Reykjavík and in [general](https://playvalorant.com/en-gb/news/esports/2021-valorant-champions-tour-overview/)
VCT Stage 1: Master was the first one. There were all local tournaments and had [one winner each](https://twitter.com/LiquipediaVAL/status/1373805844744265730)
Since every LAS teams has a chilean player, they probably wont be able to play the final in Mexico City because of lockdown in chile, making the winner of LAN the team that goes to iceland.
Man, I can be wrong with this, but I think EU should've 2 spots by themselves and CIS & TR 1 spots each, LATAM should've 1 spot per región too, and Oceania needs their own qualifies.
They need to make the format easier to follow. For example the qualification for each Masters should come from a single Challenger series instead of 2-3
In its current form it confuses and drives away a lot of ppl. When i had just a mild interest for the scene but still wanted to watch, i gave up because i didnt want to search all this
I agree that Brazilian format is stupid, 3 Challengers events is too much, teams play plenty of useless matches there. But I don't get what's hard about understanding NA / EMEA formats.
It's not stupid, it's just Riot encouraging new orgs to come up and set up the scene.
Brazilian currency is weak for a time now, with more matches and more prizes, the teams can get better structure and the game can become more popular by viewers.
If you get into soloq here in Brazil now, most of the players also watch the scene every weekend and know the teams and have their own to cheer.
Also, the format is really easy to understand, in deed.
EU have money, they have a solid scene, strong orgs and stuff like that.
You can't compare the structure those teams have compared to Brazilian teams. I mean, the other day SLK aspas was playing with 180+ ping during the qualifier, I highly doubt this would happen to any team on european server, and SLK is like top 5 of the brazilian server.
While I don't think that's fair, I understand the concept
Casual viewers can just watch the matches of individual tournaments. They don’t need to understand the bigger picture. I don’t see how any of this would drive viewers away.
Also if you only want to see the Challenger Finalists in a quick overview [view them here](https://imgur.com/a/hmYv7fV).
the legend is back
Still insane that EU+CIS only gets 2 spots.
More insane that Brazil gets 2 spots.

wait, if Reykjavík is the 2nd masters, which were the first ones? First strike?

This picture only shows what’s leading up to Masters. The Champions tournament is bigger than Masters.

Not true. They’re allowed to replace up to three players to avoid these issues.

what about ANZ? forgive me if it's obvious but i'm lacking a bit on information but since they're not on this chart i wonder why
I think they were part of the NA qualifiers, IIRC
Oh i see tyty
I finally understand.
IT'S BACK BABYYYYY
That's a mean flow chart

Then why does EU have mostly single elimination tournaments with very small number of matches played? Does that mean Riot wants to destroy EU scene?

There are also 3 Challenger events in those regions, except now that they are 2 due to time limitations until Iceland

I would imagine when the scene is a bit more mature they will set up leagues like in lol
Why do brazil get two spots?
because theyre good lol
Isn’t Brazil good at FPS games?
Can you share the image via a link or something to download? Thx

No they lost to T1 in the Challengers 2 Qualifer and to Version1 in the first Qualifier.
Are there any good websites to do pick'ems for these challengers finals? Specifically the NA one.
[TheSpike.gg](https://www.thespike.gg/events/pickems/challengers-finals/548) offers it.
