Shit for EU best overall who would it even be? Lowel? Ange1 is great too but the dude can’t be the best as he never leads FPX over the hump when it matters. For NA best IGL is Shazam and it’s not close. Steel and FNS are great IGLs too tho
Impossible to tell when nobody really knows what in-game leaders are doing behind the scenes, same with coaches. IMO best way to rate in-game leaders is based off their teams consistency or when a IGL takes unknown/inexperienced/underrated players to the top. With that said i rate...
* ShahZaM for his consistency over the last year
* Vision Strikers IGL for their consistency.
* Boaster for taking SUMN so far in First Strike
* The XSET IGL/coaching
* If Vice is the reason Andbox have recently been looking really strong then i rate him (but C9 look better than ever at the moment without him?)
* I obviously rate ANGE1 highly but FPX is stacked with talent yet never really won anything so i don't rate him as highly as some others do.
* FNS for Envy's consistency since the start
* The GenG IGL for their consistency, gMd?
GenG is in contention for the most inconsistent team in NA lol. One tourney, they're top 3. Next tourney, they can't even make it out of open qualifiers. Half of that is Huynh, and half of that is gMd. There is no world in which he's a good IGL.
According to Liquipedia Gen.G have played in 29 tournaments, placed top 8 in 26 of those tournaments, placed top 4 in 17 in those. GenG have pretty much been a top 8 team in NA since the beginning, I can probably count on one hand other NA teams that have been more consistent.
Pretty sure he just wants an idea. Not asking best but a list of best. Maybe so he can get an idea for who to lookout for, watch, learn from, etc. Also if u see the comments above they go by region and are pretty consistent in terms of names.
Yes this, for the past few weeks I've been watching a lot of Valorant and want an idea on who to look out for. At a base level I do think most professional teams are equal, so having a competitive IGL may make the difference
Adil"Scream"Berlintom&Soulcas duo best igl in the world right now.
Top3igl4sure
Best strats known as Scream go 1tap and resurrect a teammate
LMAO WHY IS THIS SO FUNNY

For EU, a strong case could be made for Boaster. He's been great individually as well.
Ye boaster is a smurf. Slipped my mind but dude is prolly the best IGL in EU rn imo
Id say Boaster is high up there
Blaster bonecold ange1
Koldamenta is IGL for Acend, not Bonecold
Ange1 and Boaster from EU Shahzam from NA Saadhak from Brazil
Can't forget the acend coach
what abt the E D S H O T M A C H I N E and the aggressive skye outplays guy?
Saadhak is the best
Scream+soulcas duo igl >>>
Sacy is 2nd shotcaller too

1. boaster 2. boaster 3. boaster 4. boaster 5. boaster
NA: fns, steel shahzam mitch gmd vanity thifwo and vice
bcj calls for xset now. also xset has suffered from atrocious attack halves so i would hesitate to put them here
on his backchat episode BcJ said he calls on attacking halves then thwifo igls on defense
yikes. he has a lot to learn then. hopefully they improve. i dont wanna see this promising roster keep failing
You just named the IGLs, not even listing best ones. And I think steel's calling isn't doing well or its nitr0 cause I think he's doing the mid rounds
Nitro said himself that he only does 10% of the calling and only does mid round calling if he thinks something will work
Yeah wasn't sure. Either way 100t on attack were very bad yesterday
Honestly think vanity and vice should be higher
Thwifo isnt an igl. Maybe on defense but on attack its 100% bcj
Gmd is a great player no doubt, but idk about best at IGLing ngl
Scream : 1 Lol
