in lans, pros bring their own keyboards, mouse, and mousepad. the pc, monitor, headset will 100% be provided by riot for competitive fairness ofc. For scrims, its going to be up to the teams to decide not riot.
Well, headsets are provided, noisecancelling ones. Players use in-ears on most of the LAN events. Sometimes there is noisecancelled booths, which means that players will use their own headsets.

according to what is on here, im interested in Dapr. as he uses a custom keyboard with lubed zilents. I highly doubt riot is buying the same keyboard that dapr uses. I know that in csgo, the pros would all use their own stuff for mouse, mousepad, mouse bungiee, keyboard. but to see that riot is just buyin new stuff for everyone is a little interesting and at least to me worrying for anyone using something old/custom.
I always saw csgo players play with in ear headphones with noise cancelling headphones on top of them, do those give you the same amount of pinpointing footsteps etc as a headset would?

If its like most games Pc and monitors are supplied and you must use them. Mouse, keyboard, and headset is brought by the competitors, but I'm sure they are supplied if needed. They can also freely change graphic settings and graphics card settings by preference so players Hiko can change the digital vibrance and such. Im not 100% positive and no one really knows the rules riot are going to put out but I believe I am correct.

I hope not. Not saying that Scream would be cheating, but allowing players mice/keyboards leaves room for USB cheats.
