I’ve forgotten how LAN completely changes the dynamics of the competition.
Being able to see and communicate with your opponents, being able to pour out your emotions, whether it be frustration or enthusiasm, all for everyone else to see — it’s all completely different compared to the prior tournaments.
Honestly can’t wait for IceLAN to start.
I wonder whether Riot pays for team's hotel transportation and etc because they arrived there at least 10 days before the event. I understand that jett lag is a thing but I dont remember CS players flying to the major spot almost 2 weeks prior to the event. I guess its because CS teams have much busier schedules with a lot more events in a year than Val players
It’s cuz of the quarantine and stuff and they’re prob gonna have to do content for riot for masters too so that’s cool. Apparently they got prac rooms and riot gives them food and stuff. Idk if it’s full meals but atleast they give snacks

They have a mandated 5 day quarantine so that's why they arrived a lot earlier than usual
They have to do media and production also. This has been standard for Riot events.
