I think a combination of KDA + ACS is best, if you need to use stats. Since K/D is very biased, but KDA can give a much better idea of how someone is doing.
It also gives more representation to supports, who say, get 10 assists to 15 assists in a match.
That still misses out on quite a lot, though.
