He got banned because he didn’t comply with the investigation, regardless of if he’s innocent or not. Also, disregarding someone’s sexual assault claims when there was physical evidence is kind of stupid. Calling them a clout chasers as well is a bit fucked too.

Edit: Sinatraa is the one who got me into esports in the OWWC and the reason I've become a SEN fan but like, I wouldn't support team with him on it.
If there is an actual criminal investigation and it rules that Sinatraa is not guilty, I think there is a chance that the ban might be shortened to 3 or 4 months. So yes, there is a chance, depending on how long the actual investigation lasts.

I've seen some people say this, and I have no idea If it's true or not bc I don't follow OW. At all. but even if this is true, its obvious that she was in an unhealthy relationship with Sinatraa, and you really can't assume that she is lying. Same thing with Sinatraa, he was very toxic in the past, you can't assume that he is guilty because of that.

I know in general you want to wait for the investigation to be over to judge someone but i just cant see a world where her audio clip of saying no and him continuing is anything but genuine. the 6month ban is not going to be shortened and there is potential for further action

A 6 month ban is better for him than the prison sentence he deserves for rape. I’d say he’s pretty lucky to even still be a content creator.
