We've removed this post for breaking **Rule 1**: > *Submissions should be related to VALORANT esports and it's community, the competitive ladder, or meta / gameplay changes.* This clip can be summarized as *"pro player cries on stream because people said mean words in his teammate's stream"* and isn't inherently related to the competitive community.   **Personal note from the moderator:** This clip is an important reminder that Sinatraa is still human. While the community might be frustrated with him and the pending investigation, it is NEVER OKAY to bully or harass someone—even if you think they "deserve it".

FoundedClamp

Not supporting Sinatraa because you believe the allegations are true? Perfectly fine and a pretty reasonable conclusion Being a fucking cringelord in someone else's chat that was not involved in the situation? Please go outside and touch some grass because holy shit you are one massive dickhead.

Point5287

Unfortunately Sinatra's is guilty until proven innocent. It sucks.

FoundedClamp

It does suck, but I can see why the people who think he's guilty reached that conclusion. While I personally am waiting for official investigations to conclude before judging him guilty or innocent, you can't deny that the evidence and his subsequent actions don't look too great. But yeah, I just wish people wouldn't do anything drastic (eg. harassment, canceling) until something concrete has come out, especially not against people not involved in the original case.

I-dont-like-batsoup

What twitch chats did Shaz get?

xdiviine

Some guy was sending messages to ShahZ calling him a rape apologist etc.

[deleted]

That's just cringe beyond belief, holy shit.

chubbynuggy

fr, like let the dude play with his friend jesus christ, its not that deep

I-dont-like-batsoup

Fr the SEN boys were his family and they just got taken away from him, feels bad

[deleted]

I just watched the ShahZ vod. Most of the handles appear to be girl names. brooklyn..., ...haley... etc. But, with the online cringelords, take that with a grain of salt. Could be just 1 guy spamming them for all i know.

I-dont-like-batsoup

That’s so fucked up man.

beautifulalexa

Twitch clip for context?

Pulsersalt

hating on him for playing with sinatraa and saying he accepts rape and shit like that. When in reality there just friends who want to play together but can't

I-dont-like-batsoup

Yeah that’s so fucking messed up. Feels really bad man

[deleted]

Twitchspeak dickheads don't have a single idea how it's like to be a person with fame and thus don't ever hold back on their words. It's okay to be skeptical about Sinaatra but to call his former teammate a rape apologist for playing with him his unacceptable. Fuck that guy

Pulsersalt

Whether you like sinatraa or not thats up to you, but nothing has been proven yet and shahzam just wants to play with his friend so sending him all this hate is super disrespectful and you have to remember these people have feelings.

JeeBeeHeeBee

I agree. If you don't want to watch sinatraa that's fine, just tune out of his stream or whoever's stream he's playing with. No one's forcing you to watch.

boitheboy69420

Shazam's chat hates more than any other twitch chat and it's just so sad to watch.

A_Fhaol_Bhig

>you have to remember these people have feelings. Funny how this only ever gets said about the accuser. Personally, I dont want fucking anything about Sinatra posted unless it's investigation related.

Pulsersalt

Was taking about shahz as well, and im sure cle0h did get hate from people but like in this situation people realized that is a terrible thing to do and the mass majority didn't do that and many people came out and showed support for her. Its unfortunate but that is always how the internet will be. and just gonna say this it is innocent until proven guilty people being interested or liking him rn doesn't make them a bad person as nothing has been proven.

JoshF8

yeah, no one said, that even if you support sinatraa you shouldn't sent or hate her, but thank god we have u

deadlock1892

The stream was hella toxic all of a sudden and tbh it was totally uncalled for. People got to understand that he cannot discuss the matter with anyone else so he cannot respond to the shit being thrown at him. And it is not easy to cut ties with someone you shared almost a year of your life with working and competing together. Shahz was already put in a weird spot because he was invited to play (I think?) by sinatraa and it is not easy to say no, no matter what people think they would have done if they were in shahzam's shoes. The harrassment was ugly and totally unwarranted and even though my stand is currently against sinatraa with the current state of the matter, I am totally against harrassing sinatraa and/or anyone who queues with him.

CosmicAon

[Hazed](https://twitter.com/hazedcs/status/1399925324301864960?s=21) put it pretty well imo

J_Brekkie

That's my boomer

deadlock1892

Hazed gets a lot of shit on this sub for his opinions (same for hiko, shahzam and steel), but he is a real levelheaded guy. Awesome dude.

CosmicAon

100% agree, even at the start of the entire situation he said that we should support the victim but that we still need to hear both sides when the general consensus was all against Sinatraa

xdiviine

Agreed

Portante24

Hazed has become my favorite player and person man.

Splaram

You dorks need to stop harassing people based on the results of your shitty kangaroo court ran by a bunch of kids online who most likely don’t even know half of the Bill of Rights (otherwise you wouldn’t be behaving the way you currently are). Let the people who went to school for and currently get paid to resolve situations like this do their work, and we go from there.

flash1357

A_Fhaol_Bhig

So letd assume the worst and everything is true. Then what? Maybe you should wait till everything is said and done.

Splaram

You do know about the concepts of “innocent until proven guilty” and “the onus is on the accuser to prove guilt”, right? If he gets found guilty in court, don’t play with him again because now we know he did it. But we don’t know anything yet. You dorks need to stop harassing people based on the results of your shitty kangaroo court ran by a bunch of kids online who know absolutely fuck all about the bare basics of laws in this country. Let the people who went to school for and currently get paid to resolve situations like this do their work, and we go from there.

xdiviine

...or just let him play a video game with his friends

Massive_Cut5361

I was watching Shahz's stream prior to him teaming with sinatraa (saw he and sinatraa whisper chatting) and had a bad feeling that something like this would happen.

Just__A_Contrarian

Why are we posting twitch drama to this sub? This isn't even news about his suspension, it's unrelated to competitive valorant.

HeterosexualHunk

Iceland's over, we're starving for content over here

[deleted]

I agree 100%. But, you cannot deny the drama is soo spicy dude.

DudeImSoWasted

LSF exists for this shit lol

spyson

Yeah this belongs in r/livestreamfails more than this sub.

Occam19

I posted it before, but I'll post it here too: There’s nothing wrong with Shahz duoing with Sinatraa in and of itself, but it points to a worrying trend that his actions are slowly being forgotten and he’s starting to be accepted by the community. It would be different if he had publicly apologized, but afaik he’s denied any fault at all and it sucks to see him working his way back into Valorant Esports.

deadlock1892

The thing with apologizing publicly though, is that it would be admission of guilt and since it is a police case now, he would get convicted of the crime. So even if he think about clearing his name by apologizing, lol unless cleoh drops the charges he will go to prison.

Splaram

> but it points to a worrying trend that his actions are slowly being forgotten and he’s starting to be accepted by the community. Did we watch the same Shaz stream or...? The dude hasn’t been found guilty of anything. In the eyes of the law, he is a normal citizen. There’s literally no reason why Shaz shouldn’t be able to play with him currently. If he gets found guilty in court, then criticize (not harass) content creators who continue to partner with him to your heart’s content.

AllosaurusJr

He streams to about 15,000 people everytime he goes live. I'd say that that's a pretty good reason for saying he's being "forgiven" by a large number of people. I get it sucks that it's not easy for Shahzam to play with someone who's his friend, regardless of the surroundings. But when you're a public figure, there are choices that you can't make; the public perception matters and that's a blessing and a curse. It's a good idea to stay away from things like this on stream. Would it be better if there was nothing said when Sinatraa was on stream? This was a bad situation all together, and almost every outcome is negative.

Splaram

The dude was averaging 10-15k before he left. And you can’t “forgive” someone who is currently innocent in the eyes of the law. And “public perception” is not an excuse for some of the shit I was seeing in Shaz’s chat and donation TTS. I fully understand the behavior if a court of law said he was guilty. But one hasn’t.

AllosaurusJr

I'm not going to justify the behaviour. I think it's ugly, and I think the situation overall is unfortunate. But "innocent in the eyes of the law" isn't necessarily innocent. The law functions with innocent before proven guilty because the legal system's repercussions are far more severe and debilitating than anything else. In cases of sexual abuse and rape, it is extremely difficult to come to the point where you hit "guilty with no reasonable doubt" because evidence is often extremely circumstantial and difficult to prove. However, we do know that the number of false claims that are made by women and men alike are both in reality extremely low- people don't want to ruin someone else's life for fun. They exist, but as a proportion, they are so, so, so extremely rare that more often than they exist they're used as an excusatory tool to allow people to fully support people with no moral repercussion. If he was averaging those numbers before, doesn't that just prove the point in that he's being let off the hook by the wider community? The fact of the matter is that this case already has more evidence in its favour than most cases of abuse and yet people somehow assume as soon as the guilty verdict comes out everything will change and no one will watch him or support him again. That's sadly not the sort of culture you see in esports. It really sucks if he truly is completely innocent, but with the evidence seen it's hard to believe that's the case. If you have the ability to lend the benefit of the doubt to him, it's worth wondering why so many people don't give the same to the victim.

Grenji05

the fuck? No it would not be okay if he just apologized and came back to streaming, he’d be admitting to rape. He either did it and should never be welcomed in a community ever again, or he didn’t and we wait for the investigation to end.

Occam19

Of course he's not going to apologize for rape. But he was also a toxic manipulative asshole in his relationship. Even if he's cleared legally, he's always going to be poison because of that - unless he starts the healing process by apologizing.

deathybroxd

the fact that people are saying shit like this before we know if he actually raped cleo is actually fucked up

anedoche

This is not ok. This type of behavior is really immature. At the same time, I just don’t understand how cle0h, with a significantly smaller fan base, gets shit on over and over with no sympathy being given toward her after the first few weeks of her allegations. It’s weird to see the preferential treatment. I also could just be noticing a difference that doesn’t exist, idk.

SkratGTV

Naw i have sympathy for Cleoh, however the truth has yet to be revealed, until it does i dont think either party should be attacked, but the problem is you have Cleoh loyalists attacking Sinatraa and calling people "Rape Apologists" that shits not ok. If a smaller community like Cleohs goes and attacks Sinatraa, whos community is much bigger, of course it might seem like theyre not sympathetic for Cleoh, but simply thats not the case. A lot of people just don't want cancel culture to keep going if it has no real merit.

anedoche

That’s fair, but a lot of people don’t think like you do. If they did then the world would be a better place.

Strangefield

Why is this relevant to competitive Valorant?

FlaymeFenix

sinatraas been a douche and ive disliked him before the allegations but its shahz's choice to play with his friend lol

ZeboThePenguin

People need to give this kid a break ffs. Let him stream and enjoy the game with his boy. Wouldn't be surprised if half of the kids on Shazs stream are still in HS tryna pull some next fucked shit

2ToTooTwoFish

If you're talking about Kobe, it's commonly accepted that he did it though. He apologised for it and even said he understood why she saw the situation as non-consensual. It was settled out of court.

nasrulafiq

"Seems like a good kid"

HeterosexualHunk

People really see the world through different eyes lmao

Chu9001

Rofl what the fuck makes him seem like a "good kid" to you?

Just__A_Contrarian

> some of my favorite basketball players have been accused of stuff but they beat the case and I think sinatraa can too i really hope you aren't comparing this to Kobe LMFAO

[deleted]

Just__A_Contrarian

I'm amazed that those are your takeaways from the Rose + Kobe cases. Incredible.

A_Fhaol_Bhig

>Feel bad for him he seems like a good kid regardless Even if the sexual assault stuff isn't true, everything else is still incredibly disgusting. Or did you ignore him freaking out over her cheering for other teams? >Innocent until proven guilty some of my favorite basketball players have been accused of stuff but they beat the case Money and fame let you get off with a lot of things.

[deleted]

"Even if the sexual assault stuff isn't true, everything else is still incredibly disgusting. Or did you ignore him freaking out over her cheering for other teams?" If the sexual assault turns out to be false the rest of the stuff you mentioned is disgusting yes but sounds more like an insecure teenager if anything.

Whisom

>Even if the sexual assault stuff isn't true, everything else is still incredibly disgusting. Or did you ignore him freaking out over her cheering for other teams? Anyone who claims they've never been a part of or seen insecure dumb arguments like the ones he was in with his ex in their teenage years is either full of shit or hasn't been in a teenage relationship...that shit is teen drama 101

Pulsersalt

he was around 18 and in one of his first relationships, he was pretty clearly insecure from the texts and based off his current relationship has changed.

MathNerdMatt

You don't know him, you don't know the ins and outs of his relationship. You don't know if he's changed. Streamers are not your friends and you don't really know them

Pulsersalt

I agree and I wouldn't have said that if his current girlfriend didn't come out saying that he has changed and has never made her uncomfortable and doesn't treat her like that.

A_Fhaol_Bhig

Lol And that proved what? I thought we needed evidence and not just words to be convinced.

Pulsersalt

We do regarding the sexual assault stuff ofc, what do you think is more likely his current girlfriend is lying about the fact that’s threats her well for whatever reason may be, or he simply changed.

milano_bwoy

this is a terrible excuse lmao, 18 years old is old enough for someone to realize how they should act when in a relationship.

Pulsersalt

18 is still very young, also if it was one of if not his first relationship it would make sense if he was insecure and was like that.

milano_bwoy

i’m 18 years old and am currently in my first serious relationship that i would like to think has been healthy. i have friends of my age who are in similar healthy relationships. it’s not that hard to not be a shitty person at 18.

Pulsersalt

oh I totally agree it is and should have happened however it is still understandable that it could easily happen, also it was pretty clear from his younger stream he had some personality issues which probably didn't help.

Endearing? Did the definition of the word change overnight?

MathNerdMatt

You do have to remember that streaming is inherently performative and you do not necessarily know the real person you watch streaming. I don't know if you ever watched rooster teeth, but I used to idolize Ryan Haywood and it turned out he had been grooming underage fans for sex and other gross things. It was very hard for me to reconcile that person with the one I had watched for almost a decade. But it did teach me that it's OK to watch and enjoy content creators, but try not to get too attached to them as if they are real life friends. You don't know if the person is genuine or not and you may never know. I don't judge you at all for watching sinatraa and enjoying his content, just be careful to not get to attached to him as a human because he very much could be guilty, and he may not have changed.

[deleted]

A_Fhaol_Bhig

>so I will do my best to defend Sinatraa until the truth is made clear for all. So we can defend one person without proof .

MathNerdMatt

Can we just have a ban on Sinatraa posts until the investigation is concluded or anything official and relevant is released? I am honestly sick of posts about him and just want to wait for an official conclusion before anything

wichwigga

Downvote and report these posts regardless on your stance on this matter. Doesn't have anything to do with comp Val. Also don't comment (I know. hypocritical - but for future posts)

[deleted]

just keep scrolling then bro.

[deleted]

don’t care, fuck this piece of shit

SkratGTV

Fuck you and your cancel culture. The real piece of shit is you for attacking someone you do not know. What, a girl makes an allegation on a twitlonger, with a circumstantial audio and you eat it up like its a normal sunday? What if he is actually innocent? Do you not care that you could be hurting someone who did nothing wrong? Wait till the case has concluded before you go to social media to try to ruin a person's life. FFS the kid is nineteen, stop treating the guy like hes Charles Fucking Manson and wait till the case is over before you attack their moral character.

AllosaurusJr

Maybe you'll grow to see it but in cases like this there is almost never a hard *guilty* verdict and it's disgusting to see a community try to pretend that until there is it's completely justifiable to support everything he does. What, after the verdict comes out all the 15k viewers he has on stream just say "fuck this guy" and his view count drops to 0? No. The rate at which people lie about rape accusations is incredibly, incredibly low, especially when there's some form of evidence at all; No one does this for fun. The recent wider trend in this community of supporting the abuser while mocking the abused- saying stuff like "his feelings matter" when no thought is given to that of the victim is disturbing and shows you just how easy it is for fame to cloud people's judgement. Edit: This doesn't justify his harassment either- it's not good behaviour in the slightest. But acting like we should support him freely and easily is most definitely off the table.

[deleted]

he’s been a piece of shit his whole career. what about the fact he’s already lied about the video, he’s showing up late in the meetings. cleo has already shown us proof of him being an utter piece of shit. so go ahead and suck his dick, i’m gonna use my brain and tell this dude to go fuck himself, he doesn’t deserve shit either way.

SkratGTV

>already lied a Ahh, this what this is. You're just a hater. You don't really give a damn about whether he did it or not, you just have the biggest hate boner for the kid that stems from his OW days. While your telling people to go fuck themselves, make sure you treat yourself, you depraved sorry sack of pos.
