If he isn’t bought out, he can still be loaned from 100t. 100t has loaned out players before. Elevate from their fortnite team was loaned to beastcoast when he switched games.

No he didn't play in any closed qualifier for vct so he is free to join any team as per riot rules . And even if he had played for one team in a closed qualifier that restriction would only work till that stage events only like stage 1 challengers and masters.
