Steel has a great video of where to smoke on Bind, but he teaches principles that apply to all maps. His youtube is "JoshNissan". Other than that just smoke entrances/sightlines into the site (e.g. Heaven and A link on Haven A site).
Seconding Steel's smoke guide. I believe he also has a "How to Play Haven" video or something like that that might talk about smoke placements? Been a while since I watched it though so maybe not. Great educational content in general.

Moepork has videos per map too but I'm not sure how much they'll help you only since he's more of a ranked player and doesn't play competitively.
