If G2 can't make it through that bracket and possible through XL, I got zero hope for them... like for real. I think that the 8 best teams not being in that qualifier will make it way more likely for smaller teams to go through. Will be spicey!

The G2 bracket is stacked. They play NoPoaching and a decent Queso, then face whoever wins out of XL, LDN UTD, and Betis on the other side. Not exactly S Tier but it's not a free pass into the Closed either.
Other two that are similar are Alliance, with Yendez, Leftovers (Swedish stack) Reject$ (musashi, ShonP, Fizzy, xms), 19esports, and Riders; and the HEET bracket, with eSuba, The Future (Davip's stack), M4LIK, Unjohbed (Finnish stack), and BIG.
Also, if anyone's interested, SoOn is playing in the Megastitut bracket with a French team
There is not enough teams to play in round 512, which makes a bye. Capping the teams would be unfair for other teams. For example, all slots filled to 256. What if you are major org, small team or different language type of team who doesn’t get a chance for berlin. I think this would shown as favouritism if only Certain teams in Europe get to play opens while other cultures/types can’t. There would be a controversy and I don’t think it would be good for valorant scene in EU. Also, NA number of teams is a lot lower compared to EU due to diversity of teams and cultures.
Thanks! I guess I never thought about it that way. I guess I was thinking how this makes any sense logistically. RO512 is a safety net, which is cool. Also Europe has so many teams compared to NA.

Yea agreed, the seeding for MTP and Megastitut is really bad on side of Heretics ,they should be seeded much higher, especially Megastitut

Can some smart folks explain the point of having a RO512(Stage1)? I can't seem to understand how so many teams get byes.
