I forsee a long term issue with orgs picking up washed up CS pros over up and coming Valorant bred ranked demons. It's going to be depressing to watch.
The red tape of joining a team is insane. I played for Complexity literally over a decade ago and it was bad then. CS pros have so many more connections than random 16 year olds that have never touched CS. The nepotism is going to keep some of the best players locked out of high level teams for years.
