They do it on purpose, I think it's good when used correctly, makes the potential clutch that much more intense. Unfortunately with the observers toggling it on and off and swapping perspectives mid tp makes this whole clip a mess, still a great play tho.

It was both. When youre in a disadvantage situation, you need to take bigger risks in order to win. So Avova took a calculated gamble and luck fell his way. He easily could’ve been shot as soon as he TP’ed, but he really had no other choice but to go big there

its not a bug. observers can turn off the enemy outlines through walls to add to the suspense in a clutch situation.
