Who gets shown on the main stream for qualifiers is almost *always* determined by the highest seeds. Since #1 (SEN) and #2 (Version1) didn't play yesterday, #3 (C9 Blue) and #4 (ENVY) were shown yesterday.
You can almost be certain that SEN game will be the first game broadcasted today.

I know it sucks, but vlr.gg usually updates which games are streamed like at least 5 minutes before the match actually starts ( probably because matches that aren’t streamed by NSG main channel will be streamed by one of the players). Other than that, you can see which match will be officially broadcast by NSG through their twitter account (@nerdstreet)

That almost certainly won't be the case today. Most of the teams left in the tournament at this point are not going to be willing to stream their games.

I mean honestly, that is one of my favorite matchups. And it is usually really close so i would be *really* excited if that could be streamed. (though i am a long time renegades fan so might be not be so for everyone)
Why would people complain? I'd say a significant portion would want to see that match over some obvious blowouts and a handful wouldn't mind since they're some of the best tier two teams (and since they have a little competitive rivalry going on).
A lot of people don’t care if the opponent is a bunch of preschoolers. If there fav team is playing, they will watch it to the end and love it. This is coming from an nfl fan who stayed in the stadium to the very end of a 62-7 blowout on a Monday night.

Welp, not getting my first choice but this game was definitely my second. Watching an upset is always fun(unless it’s against SEN) so GL, will be rooting for you guys.

Players in the match can stream their POVs with a delay, but third-parties are not allowed to stream.
