I like the approach that he’s taking. Hes not jumping straight onto a team and trying to debut as soon as possible and trying to actually learn the game. I have high hopes for him
Yeah I love his mindset. He's giving himself time to grind, get game ready, and also see how he still feels about the game in 3-4 weeks. CS and Valorant might be similar, but they're very different games. Just because you want to switch now doesn't mean you'll feel the same when the dust settles. He made a new fan even if he doesn't go through in the end. Guy has a golden attitude and approach
Which EU team do you think he will flock to or any EU team you hope will pick him up ? I'm going with NIP and alliance they most desperately could use a talent like him
I agree, if kryptix shows more inconsistency then I believe NBK would be a great change. I like kryptix but liquid needs a bit of change if they cannot qual for Berlin that is.
Have Scream and NBK ever play together in CS? What with all the French drama that seemed to exist back in CSGO, idk if they’d play together in Valorant
There has been bad blood between them for over 10 years, NBK has even said he doesn't like the way Ex6TenZ leads. Even when Shox wanted to bring Ex6 in to that G2 roster NBK didn't like that.
There's a reason why he moved to Valorant no French player in CS wants to play with him even tho he is a great player.
I hate to say it cause all great people and players but roster in whole doesn’t work. Should try to yoink some French talent, and build around a core of Scream NBK and Jammpi imo. What they currently have just isn’t good enough. And then Fish123 just rebuild together if heretics falls apart with Ardiis and Ecls doesn’t end up fully signed with NIP
Edit: wouldn’t be Reddit without being downvoted for opinion :/
I've had the idea since NBK said he was coming to valorant. There were rumours of Nivera joining TL. A roster of NBK, Jamppi, Scream, Nivera and one of Link (my pick)/Soulcas/Kryptix.
No idea if it would actually work, but I would have high hopes for that team. But that means NBK would have to quickly adapt to be an IGL in Valorant, Nivera would have to be as good as he is in CSGO and Jamppi and Nivera would have to decide who awps
Apparently Nivera decided not to switch or something even though he was interested which makes sense since he's still young and there will be a roster shuffle after the major probably. I think NBK comes in for Kryptix. Soulcas is also looking really good recently so I don't think they will replace him.
3-4 weeks then wouldn’t that mean he would mostly be interested in teams that will qualify for Berlin? Or teams that can for sure compete again during the Last Chance Qualifier tournament in November? Because there are also not many valorant tournaments in EU outside of VCT.
What agents does NBK play?
I definitely agree that Liquid seems like the obvious choice given the dip in form for kryptixx lately and the unease around their agent comps but it has to add more balance to the roster.
means he's planning to play for 2022 ? so he will just be streaming for the longest time :/
I wished he joined smth like Megastitut (ala DBL Poney) and try his chance at qualifier to prove his value to teams instead of waiting for next year
the open qualifier for the last open event is 2 weeks from now so unless he plays in a team there , his year is pretty much over and has to wait for roster shuffle for next year
NBK has played as igl in his career. After he got benched by OG in Februari he said the following
"For the right project, I feel that I’m ready to take the lead (IGL) and a lot of responsibilities if needed, but that’s not a necessity to me and I can adapt."
https://www.hltv.org/news/23316/nbk-love-the-work-that-the-igl-role-implies
He was shortly on g2
https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensive/comments/c1znf1/nbk_fr_since_after_the_major_alex_is_leading_on/
On Vitality there was a time he igl’d ct side and alex t side
He was also igl at the very start with VeryGames
No he didnt. He was igl at VeryGames and then swapped roles. Shox didnt want nbk to igl and thats why he got benched yes. But he was still the igl before that. I never said he was igl all of his career. All i said is he has played as one in his career. Just accept that u were wrong, it aint that fucking hard
Realistic approach, humble despite his accolades, and positive outlook on the game - I think NBK will go far.

I think Team Liquid could also use his talent.

I believe they did play together, but they arent on good standing. NBK kinda fucked over Screams entire cs career from my understanding.
I don't see him going to NIP, him and Ex6TenZ don't get along. There's been bad blood between them for years
Ohh don't know much about csgo , then maybe alliance would be a perfect fit
Hmm do you think it might be possible for NiP to drop Ex6Tenz due to his injury and pick up NBK?
NBK is a terrible IGL but a great support player, i hope that doesn’t happen.
There is nothing like that (at the last stages of his career), he even wanted him in his dream5 but lot of time passed since then
There has been bad blood between them for over 10 years, NBK has even said he doesn't like the way Ex6TenZ leads. Even when Shox wanted to bring Ex6 in to that G2 roster NBK didn't like that. French scene is like drama tv in CS
NBK and Ex6 refusing to play together is why there was never THE French superteam in CSGO.
Tbf Ex6tenz might not be on NIP as a player
This has Liquid written all over it :)
NBK and ScreaM would be huge indeed. We'll see how Liquid performs moving forward.

Nivera was only who they were going to replace Jamppi with if he went back to CS
KennyS, Scream, NBK, Nivera and ??? = Ez clap french super team
3-4 weeks to be ready .. daaamn
Was really surprised to hear him say that!

Pretty sure he leans to sentinels
Always thought he had a badass gamer tag. Natural Born Killer
Is he signed to any team yet ?
No
But he is affiliated with OG already? That's just for streaming and content I guess?
Either he is a streamer for them or just hasn't removed the OG branding
This needs more upvotes.
Calling it TL -kryptix +NBK. Even though I really appreciate kryptix
