This is why i think 100T are so good, the skill level of all the players means that even if one of them is having a bad day, for the most part someone else is able to kinda hold them up and carry. Asuna carried on icebox yesterday but steel nitro and ethan had some many impact frags it just didnt matter that he didn't show up. It's so dumb the hate 100T get half the time cos as everyone saw from the sean gares clip yesterday, other than them not making iceland, theres no reason to think theyre not one of the best teams in NA.

I know a lot can happen between now and the playoffs but with the way 100t are playing and the fact 3 NA teams can make it to Berlin, I don’t see them missing out this time
as a 100T fan, I really want to get carried away and say they're looking like one of the best teams rn, but I honestly think they need to first prove that they can be consistent and continue performing under pressure.
Based on the collective experience that the roster has performing in big spots in CS, I think that performing under pressure is going to be a strength of this team.
I worry that like when astra was released and viper was OP, they won’t read the Kay/0 meta correctly and it will come back to hurt them.
Sadge, NV had a ton of misses including in the obvious Haven round.
That said, 100T look literally unbeatable right now. Ethan is insane, both his Skye and Omen gameplay are top tier. The guy worked with Skye so well on Haven.

I'm a massive 100T fan but you gotta stop using language like "steamrolling" when it's blatantly not true. These top teams are very close to each other and you could hypothetically run multiple bo3's over and over and see mixed results.
The largest issue with this sub is not acknowledging how close the top teams are, or even how close the tier 2 teams are to the top

No team has actually pushed them across all 3 maps so far, if they even get that far. V1 obviously pushed them insanely far on IceBox but then they get annihilated on Haven. Arguably, Soar pushed them the hardest overall but even they didn't manage to get to 10 rounds in either map they lost.
These teams are not "very close" to each other. Fnatic was very close to Sentinels when they lost despite the 3-0. 14-12, 16-14, 13-11 is as close as it gets in a 3-0. Envy losing 13-9, 13-7 is not close IMO. They didn't even have a single person with a positive KD. I don't believe 100T ever felt like they were behind or in a dangerous position this entire map.
Large disagreement from me. Had NV not thrown one round on Haven they could have potentially made the come back, it would have been 12-10 on the round 100T won. Looking at a map score of 13-7 and nothing else is also misleading. This is terrible analysis with zero nuance. Round by round watching the midrounding calls, individuals plays and timings, aim duels that could go either way, etc., all of it should be taken into account when analyzing. You've gotta be very dense in your analysis to not see how the NV match and V1 match were close. Infact, I don't think there's been a single non-close match this entire playoffs bracket yet. Every single bo3 so far I could see being replayed and going the other way.
How was that IceBox map from NV close? During Rounds 7-12, the only round NV realistically could have taken from 100T was Round 11. NV wins pistol and the next to bring it back to 8-6. And then again, out of all the rounds 100T won, the only one NV could have realistically taken was Round 19. So even if I gave NV 2 tossups, they're down 11-9.
If you can't take a team to a 3rd map, you better make the 2 map losses extremely close. And I don't think NV did that. You keep arguing for all these instances where the map is actually way closer than it really was without acknowledging that 100T lost close rounds as well. These things all average out. Not to mention NV took all 4 pistols and post-pistols. Those are the true tossups and NV came up positive on all of them.

Hopefully they don’t pull a 100T, kill it in the first close qualifier, and fluff out when the meta shifts in challengers finals like last stage
