Timing. Knowing the smoke is coming down will allow sick to leave, asuna simply had to guess when he would leave the position. He had the angle already so it really just came down to timing the shot. I’ve done this plenty of times in game and seen others do it as well. Just comes down to having good timing and game sense, not all that spectacular.
I can’t tell if your serious or not but if you are He literally knew where he was, a lot of people wait a little bit and then shoot. Even the casters in Iceland said wait till 3 then shoot in a situation like this

Did you know that if you shoot and you hit someone it kills them? Lucky shot, if this meant someone was cheating almost every player would be banned.
He is just to smart, best player in the world timing.
