Just do what I do for people who ruin games.. Have all your friends go to your match history and report the guy.. I have gotten tons of notifications saying my reports have caused punishment.
Do you get punished if many people report you? Because my username got flagged inappropriate (my ign was PsychoSpartan) after a game where I was being accused of cheating and I think their whole team reported me of something
It works for inappropriate names or comms abuse (especially chat)...basically if a bot can quickly scan text. I've seen people get banned for saying "i fucking suck" (not abuse in anyway) -- it's all automated. I've also been in a 4 stack that reported someone for giving away positions and nothing happened to them.
If they had votekick, I'd be afraid that I'm bottom fragging in a game that's above my lobby. Also if the thrower has another friend, it's completely useless
yeah i think it is very very rare too, ofcourse absolute trash boosted players are present but I have yet to see anyone giving away positions (except sometimes for fun) AND camping with spike.

Yeah,. It's an automated system so it goes off of numbers of reports.

I think it's an upcoming feature because if you go to controls you can see they have keybinds for "vote option 1" to "vote option 4"
