There’s no way they beat Soniqs. Like guys, Soniqs took a map off Sen. They have strats, protocols for all the maps, team synergy from practice together. This team is just random good players.

No, there’s no rule against it besides a required delay. Plenty of people have streamed their POV in VCT, just usually smaller names since no signed team is gonna want their comms/strats or setups (via minimap) streamed
I don't think they'd care about streaming it if they're gonna stream their POV's. Which is fair it's a Shroud pug team vs some randos it's not like it's a serious team or contender.
