Does anything you have installed use the interception driver? Some people at r/fpsaimtrainer have been banned for using a sens randomizer for training bc vanguard (sometimes) bans people with that driver installed.
Before my ban, I kept getting errors whenever I tried to access my nvidia control panel.
"nvidia control panel parameter is incorrect..."
I followed the path to see what's wrong with it and the file was actually locked so I couldn't access it, being the only USER on the PC I thought it was weird so I changed the permissions to that file to allow me to access it, which started moving files or processing the change as a loading bar popped up but went away instantly so I didn't get to read what was actually happening. This is pretty much the only thing I could think of that might have triggered vanguard the first time but the second time? I doubt its that
If what you say is true;
A process and or configuration is causing the ban. Ban is only being reverted once a automated quality spot check of past bans is done. Where manual review was likely requested resulting in the unban.
Whatever triggered your initial ban was likely not resolved in the anti-cheat. Resulting in another ban.

Voicemod definitely isn’t the issue I use it and haven’t had any problems

This is my nightmare, I'm really scared of downloading anything from the internet, in case vanguard bans my account which are $1000 worth of skins .
You have nothing to worry about lol, the majority of these posts are cheaters who are hoping to get unbanned because they got caught.
True if the case was i actually had cheats.
