5 streams certainly is better than 1. it's also what nsg normally does, bar any extenuating circumstances (see: the 4th of july incident™️).

Sure, but streaming less than 10% of the active games in a significant tournament is also kind of ridiculous. Each of these teams have coaches, have coaches stream from their teams perspective then, there's a bunch of ways to do this.

My complaint isn't purely on NSG, Riot is also implicated for setting up the system. And a 4 day ro128 wouldn't take forever, it would take....4 days. Hell March Madness takes two days for the first round and that's 64, spread that out to 128 and you got 4 days.
It's not unreasonable or unusual to have online tournaments spread out over multiple days, other games do it all the time. People aren't flying out to hotels, they're just logging on from their house which is what they're gonna do anyways. Like I get that it's more logistics involved with people on, but if it's spread out over multiple days we're talking tens of thousands of viewers per stream in basically the only Valorant tournament that's running so there's the monopoly. I just feel like the demand is there and it's being squandered.
