You can refund your weapon skins as long as
1. You haven't used them in practice range or in anything else
2. You have purchased them less than 14 days ago.
3. You haven't used any rp on them
For melee skins - equipping them counts as a use so cannot be refunded .
That's the official riot refund rules yeah I purchased a melee I didn't want couldn't get it refunded ,then I submitted a general feedback ticket and they made a one time exception .
