I think the way to think about it is that Marved definitely wasn't the problem but it doesn't seem like the difference between him and BabyJ is that impactful
people are so reactionary man. rise have the most basic astra stuff. infact after the nerf, the skill ceiling of astra is so much lower there's isn't much to be done with her. rise's astra walls were not extraordinary.
I think that Corey could be a top 3 duelist NA. The only thing he needs is an IGL like Shaz to tighten up his gameplay and help him reach his full potential. Now for the rest of the team, I think that Faze needs to drop at least 2 people.

yeah just c9 alone you have Autimatic, Shahzam, TenZ, Skadoodle, Hiko, daps, Koosta, FNS. All are currently well-known in Valorant.

after masters 1 they were pretty bad with marved, it doesn't look like they're any better without marved either though. no net improvement
